We have extensive in-house cutting, fabricating and polishing capability, allowing us to produce high quality custom mirrors, tabletops, splashbacks, shelving, balustrades and frameless showers at a reasonable cost. All of our personnel are fully trained and experienced.

Products - Cut to Size
clear float
Standard (annealed) clear glass.
Thickness available in: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm.
Extra white float (Low Iron)
High clarity glass made with less iron, removing the greenish tint that can be seen in clear float.
Thickness available in: 6mm, 8mm and 10mm.
Bronze float
Float glass with a bronze tint.
Thickness available in: 6mm, 8mm and 10mm.
Grey float
Float glass with a grey tint.
Thickness available in: 6mm, 8mm and 10mm.
PVB clear safety glass
A Safety glass that will stay intact if broken. Used in aluminium doors and windows.
Thickness available in: 4.38, 6.38, 8.38 and 10.38.
White translucent PVB safety glass
A translucent safety glass, (white in colour) that will stay intact if broken. Used in aluminium doors and windows.
Thickness available in 6.38 only.
Stippolyte Obscure Glass
An obscure glass that distorts figures behind them. Used for bathroom windows.
Thickness available in: 4mm only.
Pacific Obscure Glass
An obscure glass that distorts figures behind them. Used for bathroom windows.

Silver Mirror
Standard mirror.
Thickness available in: 3mm, 4mm and 5mm.
Bronze Mirror
Mirror with a Bronze tint.
Thickness available in: 4mm and 6mm.
Grey Mirror
Mirror with a grey tint.
Thickness available in: 4mm and 6mm.

Edging profile
Clean cut: edges are left sharp (cut only)
Arris: sanded edges (with hand-belt) to remove sharpness
Polish (PAR): Put through our polishing machine, leaving a Matt finish.
Bright polish (BPAR): Put through our polishing machine, leaving a shine finish.
Bevel
Polished to a specific angle and size in order to produce a specific aesthetic look. You can choose a bevel size of anything between 10mm and 40mm.
Thickness requirement:
Bevel size ≤ 25mm; thickness ≥ 4mm
Bevel size ≥ 26mm; thickness ≥ 5mm
SAndblast
Produced by the sandblasting of clear sheet glass. It has the effect of rendering the glass translucent by scattering the light during transmission, thus blurring images while still transmitting light.

Other glass processing
Cut-out - used for: hinges, spacing, plug holes, cat flats.
Slots - used for: fixed brackets
Hole - used for: fixing, handles.
Radius Corner - rounded corner to the radius of your choice (mm).
Touch corner - corner sanded down to remove sharpness (extremely small radius corner) used for table tops and balustrading),
Cut corner - cut to the size of you choice, measured in the same way as a radius corner.
Finger Grove - slot to allow grip. used for: sliding cabinet doors
Toughening
Or tempered glass is glass that has undergone the processes of controlled thermal treatment to increase its strength. It is four to five times stronger than annealed glass of the same size and thickness against impact. Toughened glass is considered a safety glass. It is difficult to break and even in the event of a breakage, disintegrates into small globules, which are relatively harmless.
